Avonite Studios is the sole legal owner of all trademarks, storylines, characters, artwork, and related content under the Avon universe.

While creative development included contributions from many individuals between 2016–2025, full ownership and licensing are managed by Avalon Holierhoek through Avonite Studios, a sole proprietorship established in 2025.

Eric Appleton is a creative partner in the development of Avonite Studios.
